Newspaper Article
During my newspaper article I learnt that Sally Pearson won her race and her time was 12.57 seconds. I think I did my newspaper article well because I wrote lots of information and I asked some questions. I could improve on my handwriting and maybe use more interesting words. I could take my learning further by using bigger and more difficult words. I think I could take my learning further by maybe adding a third paragraph.

Speaking And Listening
In the speaking and listening task I learnt not to giggle and be a little bit more confident. I also learnt that when you’re practicing don’t be silly because we almot forgot our words when we had to show the class. I think we did our song well because it had a good tune. We worked well as a team and everyone had something to say. We also sang really loud. We could improve on not laghing. We could improve on speaking at the same time because 3 of us were singing at the same time while 1 of us were a bit behind. We could take our learning one step further by making our song longer.

What did you learn?

I learnt that merchandise has lots of littlewords in it. I learnt what merchandise meant which is to sell trade and I learnt that it is a word.

What did you do well?

I think I did my word art well because I think the idea of putting money as letters was good. I thought in the word building I found a lot of little words inside.

What could you improve on?

I could improve on my illustration by adding more stuff like maybe putting a shop there because my picture looks a bit bare. I could have put something else other than money on my word art. I could have improved by writing a better meaning for my word.

How could you take your learning further?

I could take my learning further by addingeven more words for my word build. I could take my learning furtherby choosing an even bigger word. I could take my learning further by doing 2 word webs and have both completely detailed.
